Let us custom build a training program for you piece-by-piece to assure you’re getting the most out of your training. Everything is monitored and tracked so we can quantify your results. For younger athletes, this is a great program to begin building flexibility and coordination as well as safely learning proper technique in more advanced exercises. Power Plus works with a variety of different athletes participating in football, soccer, tennis, track & field and more.

Kevin has personally worked with Middle School Athletes all the way through Pro Bodybuilders, helping them stay healthy, get stronger, faster and become better athletes!

We can also incorporate rehabilitation exercises and techniques into athlete training programs. Injuries and muscle strains can greatly inhibit an athlete’s performance.Power Plus recognizes the importance of identifying these issues and properly addressing them.
